7. Take an Exercise Class
Lunchtime is an ideal time to fit in some exercise. Maybe visit the gym, go for a swim or take an exercise class. If you’re looking for some time out during your stressful work day what about a yoga class. I’d recommend Open Mind Yoga on Pearse Street.

Who wouldn’t want to go to a free picnic? Check out Merrion Square this Friday at lunchtime as Nature Valley are hosting a picnic. They are launching two new chewy trail mix bars – Fruit & Nut and Mixed Berry. Both will be available to sample as well as free jazz from Serge Stavila and Q102’s Blue Crew.

Lindsay Hill from Nature Valley said: “Picnics are becoming a thing of the past for time-starved professionals. We want to bring back the simple pleasures that make all the difference to your day, such as relaxing with a Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix Bar”

Let’s hope for sunshine!
