“But pleasures are like poppies spread,
You seize the flower, it’s bloom is shed;
Or, like the snow-fall in the river,
A moment white, then melts forever.”
― Robert Burns, Tam O’Shanter

As tonight is Burns night, I shall be sitting by my fire eating haggis, drinking scotch and singing Auld Lang Syne. Okay maybe not! Burns Night is celebrated in honour of Robert Burns, the famous Scottish poet on his birthday, with Burns suppers around the world. So if you celebrate Burns night or if you don’t, whatever you do this weekend, enjoy!

Happy Flyday!
