Thank crunchie for Fridays. Some weeks are tougher than others. Sometimes you’re just glad to see the back of it. So Electric Picnic is this weekend and there’s rumours afoot that there will be good weather. For all you lucky souls heading to Stradbally, happy picnicking. I shall instead be dancing round my living room. And remember to always be kind to yourself and to others – pass it on!

“What this world needs is a new kind of army – the army of the kind.” [Cleveland Amory]
“If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.” [Dalai Lama]

“Have you had a kindness shown?
Pass it on;
‘Twas not given for thee alone,
Pass it on;
Let it travel down the years,
Let it wipe another’s tears,
‘Til in Heaven the deed appears –
Pass it on.” [Henry Burton, Pass It On]
